Job Type: Full: This position is a full-time role and works 40-hour weeks on Monday - Friday with participation in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.

Job Description: Hoyleton Youth and Family Services, a well-respected congregation-based organization, seeks a full-time Foster Care Case Manager to join their team in Fairview Heights, IL. The company has a 125-year history in providing emotional and mental health services for youth and family development.

This role in social work is responsible for facilitating the return home of children to their biological parents or alternatively finding a forever family through adoption or guardianship. The Foster Care Case Manager will visit regularly with children and their biological parents. They will work with a variety of clients, families, foster parents, and adoptive parents to ensure all necessary services are provided. Documentation must be maintained, and outcomes managed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or another field in human services and 2 years of experience in the provision of foster care or other out-of-home care OR a master's degree in social work, education, or another field in human services - Licensure by DCFS OR eligibility for licensure

- Ability and willingness to complete the children and residential experiences (CARE) and therapeutic crisis intervention (TCI) training

- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

- Must be 21 years of age
