Where We Need Your Help as Part of Our Team
- Bring deep cybersecurity knowledge, and hands-on cyber program experience to client-facing projects and project teams.
- Become a go-to resource across many projects and services
- Coach and peer-mentor team members,

Expected Experience and Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management or another relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience within cybersecurity or related functions.
- Proven track record and passion for developing technical and soft skills pertinent to cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and issues into non-technical/business terms.
- Strong individual project management skills: abilities to set and adhere to deadlines, actively communicate barriers and challenges, and coordinate assistance from others when needed.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in all work products and engagements.
- Options for hybrid work environment (3 days office / 2 days remote) as aligned with supervisor and capabilities to be effective.
- 0-20% Travel - We occasionally travel to out-of-state clients when onsite workshops are needed. We believe that our balance of on-site/remote is most efficient for the clients we serve and our ability to get work done with high quality and speed.
Desired Experience and Skillsets
- Professional certifications such as the following are preferred but not required:
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Systems Manager)
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) / CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
