Position: Human Resources Coordinator
This role reports directly to the Human Resources Director and provides data and contracting support including resume filtering, file maintenance, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee database and help to arrange interviews.
- Prepare employee forms and contracts for signatures.
- Ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR data-related projects and initiatives.
- Support HR team members and serve as a backup for recruitment.
- Work on special projects assigned by the HR Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of human resource experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent relationship building and management abilities.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on the quality of work.
- Can work in the early evening and on weekends.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year based on experience.
