Description: Do you have experience as an Account Manager for federal government contracts and thrive leading a collaborative dynamic multi-disciplinary project team of subject matter experts working to achieve the best program outcomes? As a Director, Senior Account Executive, you will lead a client services team and manage the approach to providing services and achieving program outcomes meeting the needs of a high-profile client. You will lead the client team in building and nurturing a loyal, long-lasting relationship with MCA's high-value customers.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate all client contract activities to ensure client contract and objectives are met.
  • Attend all weekly, monthly and semi-annual client and internal meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relations with clients to accomplish growth and long-term company objectives.
  • Oversee and support the work of the account teams (Account Managers and Client Services Coordinator) working with Sedgwick Government Solutions to retain clients and expand service offerings.
  • Ensure satisfaction and success of Sedgwick Government Solutions' clients by anticipating client needs, working internally to ensure deadlines for client deliverables are met, and helping clients meet program goals.
  • Assist with timely resolution of client issues, escalate as needed, and apply solutions across all key clients, as appropriate.
  • Develop a complete understanding of the needs of high profile accounts and lead the team to consistently apply best practices.
  • Work with clinical management, Sedgwick Government Solutions/ MCA Managers, and team members from other business units to ensure the successful delivery of the highest quality of services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the Sedgwick Government Solutions/ MCA project team.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant Advanced Degree, preferred.
  • 10 years of account/project management or other relevant experience, including 5 years' experience in an account management role for a government contract.
  • 8 years' relevant healthcare/health plan operations experience.
  • 5 years' experience supervising an account team.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, including preliminary credit and background check.
  • United States Citizenship.
