The Child Support Directors Association, a non-profit 501(c)(6) association representing California’s county child support agencies in their efforts to provide for the well-being of the children and families served by California’s Child Support Program, seeks an Executive Director.
The ED reports to a 12-member board of directors, oversees a 1.5FTE staff and consultants, and manages a $1.0 million annual budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership in legislative and regulatory initiatives.
- Management of annual conference with 700-1000 attendees.
- Coordinating CSDA communications.
- General management of all association affairs.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a successful record of association management and/or legislative and regulatory experience.
Position is based in Sacramento. Salary $140K to $155K DOE plus benefits.
