Description

  • Capability to manage and challenge a team of 4-5 Data Monitoring Analysts with a diverse level of skillsets and experience, as well as convey expectations.
  • Ability to coach and mentor new or junior teammates on learning new systems or processes.
  • Experience with handling team member “course corrections” on tickets or projects as needed.
  • Prioritize weekly workflow for the team and assist with commitments to complete tasks to resolution.
  • Identifies opportunities to re-engineer existing solutions to better utilize technology, optimize performance, and simplify support.
  • Mentor team members on technical issues and best practices, while setting expectations for outcomes.
  • Ability to organize efforts on assignments to support a steady forward momentum to completion for the team.
  • Perform systems analysis, configuration, unit and integration testing and support of interfaces.
  • Execute a specific plan for analyzing the data necessary to secure solutions for clients’ needs.
  • Evaluate, assess, and analyze the data necessary to provide solutions to the client’s particular business information needs.
  • Research and analyze the cause, effect, and results of system difficulties.
  • Satisfies data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases.
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of several ETL KPI Dashboards.
  • Research innovative technologies and provide ideas for technical or workflow/process improvements.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis using SQL to extract data sets.
  • Work closely with Development and QA Teams to support unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for all business processes.

Requirements

  • Management and supervision experience – minimum 5 years.
  • Advanced understanding of SQL, relational databases, functional expressions – minimum 5 years.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written and oral communication skills – minimum 4 years.
  • Strong customer service organization and conflict management skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with ability to work and manage resources in different regions.
  • Comfortable working with large raw data files (CSV, TXT, EDI) is necessary (editing, manipulating, searching).
  • Ability to manage people in multiple locations.
  • Multitasking, ability to work under pressure.
  • Higher level of written and verbal English.
  • Willingness to travel about 10% of the time.
