The Sales & Business Development Director will oversee all sales and business development in the Americas for Consulting Solutions. This incumbent will act as a key leader in driving efforts to build this business in the Americas and ensure on-target achievement for Sales and Revenue goals as outlined in the annual Sales Plan.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic leader in prospecting, developing and closing out new Consulting Business engagements with key customers in the Americas
- Work closely with Relationship Management and other cross functional teams to identify new opportunities, and lead efforts to expand business across various client segments
- Deliver accurate and regular pipeline updates, activity and forecasts to Sales Management while keeping Salesforce.com updated
- Partner with Sales Management team to meet the sales plan and applicable sales targets
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify industry events to participate in or host in assigned territory
Sound Like You?:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
- Strong background in consulting and/or consulting sales
- Background in regulatory reporting
