Lead Data Analyst/Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Setup and prioritise tasks for data analysts’ stream
• Responsible for KPI achievement of the team
• Build analytical reports and dashboards
• Automatization of data collection and validation processes (ETL)
• Lead project DWH

Required Candidate Skills:

• Experience with Python, VBA, and JavaScript (JavaScript is a plus).
• Proficiency in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAP.
• Advanced experience with Excel (including Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Experience working with BigQuery.
• Ability to manage and process large volumes of data.
• Experience in management reporting, including Balance Sheet (BL), Profit and Loss (PL), and Plan-Fact analysis.

Languages:

• Russian - fluent;
• English - Upper intermediate.
