Duties:
Looking for a highly motivated functional genomics and sequencing scientist to contribute to the growth of our new Functional Genomics and Sequencing Laboratory (FGSL). The FGSL scientist will contribute their expertise to the new FGSL and will collaborate with scientist from our local Therapeutic Areas (TAs) including Immunology and Respiratory, Cancer Immunology and Immune Modulation, CardioMetabolic Disease and will partner with Computational Biology and Data Sciences (CBDS) to deliver data to advance the portfolio. Duties & Responsibilit
- iesDesign/develop/perform various functional genomics assays, such as CRISPR pool screening, bulk RNA-seq, single cell–seq, spatial transcriptomics, CITE-seq, WES, Perturb-seq and 10X Multiome on tissue, cell or nuclei suspensio
- ns;Assist with technical guidance and training, as appropriate, to Research scientists a) in FGSL technologies and techniques and b) to conduct assays, troubleshoot and solve technical issu
