What will you contribute?
Generate revenue by selling software solutions and services to new clients within an assigned territory. Manage and strengthen the relationships with assigned territory to grow client base and revenue. This position will focus on the Finastra's Retail Lending suite of products in both bank and credit union markets that are smaller in asset size. Selling activities will be performed through Digital and On-Site sales channels.

  • Grow revenue by attaining new clients from assigned territory.
  • Perform consultative business development & sales activities to grow pipeline and revenues.
  • Manage a strategic territory plan that includes activities for quota attainment for assigned territory.
  • Analyze financial position and challenges of clients to determine sales approach.
  • Maintain sales forecasting and pipeline data in CRM
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of sales, marketing, and proposal materials to clients.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with prospects to communicate strategic plans and status.
  • Develop and maintain client metrics to track referenceability, retention, and revenue opportunities; Engage with management on large opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry/professional individuals and organizations.
  • Participate in conferences and trade shows as needed.
  • Conduct on-site meetings and client visits to support pipeline development and deal closure.
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
  • Participate in training programs as directed by manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
  • 7+ years of financial institution and/or financial technology experience.
  • 7+ years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in Retail Banking preferred.
  • Experience working with Finastra products preferred.
  • Sales automation tool experience preferred.
  • B2B Sales and/or Account Management experience a plus.
Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business o r equivalent experience.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to receive, express, or exchange detailed information through oral and written communication.
  • Ability to see and operate a computer.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and lift and carry up to 25 lbs. of weight (laptop, projector, suitcase, etc.).
Work Environment:
  • Work is performed in a general office environment and remotely.
  • Some travel is required.
