Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have hands-on experience using MS Office Suite.
• Must have 7-10 years of experience.
• Must have transactional experience, preferably with lending / asset-based work specifically.
• Titling or experience with just foreclosures is not sufficient here; they need to have specific experience with loans - not necessarily just real estate.
• Strong preference for lending experience where the collateral is servicing contract rights.
• Licensed Attorney with 7-10 years of experience.
• Understanding of the finance industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate.
• Securitization.
• Mortgage Servicing.
• Asset-based lending.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; strong negotiation and document drafting skills.
• Experience negotiating the terms over email or phone and closing transactions on time.
• Document drafting and document negotiation experience.
• Preferably with lending / asset-based work specifically (big plus).

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $65 - $75/hour
