Position Overview:

The Assistant to Inside Sales supports our sales team by handling crucial administrative tasks such as order entry, processing change orders, and other data entry duties. The role is designed to streamline sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Enter customer orders accurately into the sales management system and update the orders as needed.

Change Orders: Manage modifications to existing orders, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected and communicated to relevant parties.

Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate sales data and customer information in various databases and systems.

Customer Service Support: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to enhance customer relationships.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, customer interactions, and queries to ensure continuity and quality control.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, logistics, and marketing, to ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.

Engineering degree is a plus but not required.

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment.

Strong proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

1st Shift Starting Pay is $24/Hour
