About the Role

The Partner Operations Manager is a strategic and detail-oriented individual that works closely with our global head of channels and partnerships. You will be joining a highly dynamic team that’s motivated, energetic and driven to succeed in making the partner organization a significant contributor to the company’s continued success.

With a critical focus on project completion and goal orientation, we are seeking a Partner Operations Manager who brings experience, discipline and creativity in developing, managing, and continuously improving partner processes and overall department operations. Within this dynamic role, you will also help to establish new and improve existing operational and business processes including performance tracking, QBRs, program guidelines, and program efficiencies.

The overall program, which is also owned and managed by the Partner Operations Manager, supports multiple indirect routes to market including resellers, technology/integration partners and affiliates - all of who exist in every major global market, both domestic and international. In support of the successful on-boarding and development of our partners, you will be responsible for, together with your Channel Account Management team, creating and executing enablement programs that equip our partners with the knowledge and skills they need to sell and support our customers.

This is a hybrid position that requires at least 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.

You will

  • Develop and refine key partner processes, including onboarding, deal registration, MDF management and spiff distribution to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Offer daily assistance to internal teams for partner-related inquiries and support.
  • Provide clear visibility on pipeline performance by accurately managing metrics and providing monthly forecasts on pipeline generation using reports and dashboards.
  • Document processes and best practices to support internal teams and partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our partner program and strategy to manage complex requests and escalations effectively.
  • Work with managers across departments to design and iterate on processes and projects related to partnerships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Enablement teams to ensure partner requirements are met and incorporated into the partner program tracking and reporting.
  • Remain in close coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement and Business Operations in the development and execution of the partner program strategy.

You have

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in a Channel Operations or Channel Analyst role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience building and owning scalable programs including creating content & collateral, marketing, onboarding, and enabling channel partners.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with channel operations, including contractual, financial, and reputational risks.
  • Analyze channel data to provide insights into partner performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on channel performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Skill in designing, implementing, and refining processes that streamline channel operations, enhance efficiency, and improve partner satisfaction.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple channel initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Experience with partner enablement programs that include a learning management system (LMS) and tracking for certification.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, partner portals, and other technology tools that support channel management and operations.

Compensation description

Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in San Francisco Bay Area , our expected cash compensation for this role is $129,200-$145,000 OTE . Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
