Job Description

Epsilon is looking for an experienced platform analyst to maximize the value and output of a newly integrated sales enablement tool. Our platform analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring proper implementation, integration, and adoption of the new platform during its launch in the coming months. This role will also be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and optimization of Epsilon’s new sales enablement platform.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Drive adoption and usage of the sales enablement platform by sellers of all levels by
    1. Owning the user experience and ensuring ease of access for sellers of all levels
    2. Training sales teams on the capabilities and use cases of the sales enablement platform
    3. Troubleshooting technical issues
    4. Ensuring the proper content, business rules, and more are loaded into the platform and constantly auditing material
    5. Helping sellers use more advanced features of the platform by creating sample groups, sales rooms, assessments, and more for them to model
  2. Serve as the internal spokesperson of the sales enablement platform to cross-functional leadership by
    1. Positioning yourself as the subject matter expert for the sales enablement platform
    2. Providing detailed usage reports on a regular cadence
    3. Analyzing what’s working and what’s not to build strategic recommendations for improvement
    4. Tying seller usage to business KPI’s to gauge ROI
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business and/or technology-focused discipline
  2. 5 years of experience implementing/managing/troubleshooting a sales enablement platform (preferably Allego)
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Comfortability working with sales leadership to troubleshoot, drive adoption, curate content, and more
  5. Ability to analyze vast amounts of data to provide detailed recommendations and reporting to senior leadership
  6. Experience in working with cross-functional teams to complete complex projects on tight timelines
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
