Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent at ENTELEN Design-Build, LLC in Sandy, UT. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of the construction site, coordinate and manage construction activities, communicate and schedule work with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and supervise construction projects effectively
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach to work
• Understands architectural and construction drawings, commercial project specifications and standards, and has ability to explain them to subcontractors and others
• Can plan the work using look-ahead schedules, task lists, etc., to manage subcontractors and keep the work onsite moving forward instead of being reactionary
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR are a plus
• Understands communication methods and when/how to get answers from the design team
