Product Testing Analyst

Our client, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies, is looking to hire a Product Analyst, Testing to join their team remotely in Los Angeles, CA!

Responsibilities:

• As an individual contributor on a team of assigned internal and external (3rd party) resources will participate in the development of the testing strategy and the overall management of testing activities through all cycles of testing for the SAP Fieldglass.
• Creation, execution and maintenance of test scripts and defects
• Log and manage defects and participate in defect triage calls to ensure timely delivery of the application through acceptance of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understand and adapt to business processes requirements by engaging with business stakeholders at enterprise level.
• Perform fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and other Product/Business Solutions team members to determine optimal testing and defect resolution strategies.
• Review, and participate in various test activities on of SAP Fieldglass implementations, rollouts, or upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with peers to apply best practices to develop and execute testing scenarios between applications (Sailpoint, FG, ERP, BTP and Non-SAP, etc.)
• Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication.
• Good team player who can collaborate with the Business and IT teams to bridge any gaps from requirement understanding, identifying risks and recommend mitigation strategies that impact the Testing and the overall quality of the implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with managing testing for large SAP or SaaS Source to Pay solution
• 2+ years experience with Beeline or SAP FG external worker management systems or vendor management systems (VMS)
• Experience with HPALM or equivalent test management tool
• Basic Knowledge of SAP modules and integrations.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills
• Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT
• Self-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge
• Exhibit collaboration and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment
• Strong / effective influencing and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of data handling between automation and application
• Quick learner capable of understanding new information, grasping concepts at a rapid pace
• Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally, and tailor to audience to achieve desired results
• Candidate should be an active learner that is detail oriented and a proven self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, problem solve, work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, and complete work timely and accurately

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years’ Experience with an SAP Fieldglass
• Previous experience working at an Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Consulting as a tester
• Experience with Worksoft Certify or similar tool
