Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join their team and make an immediate impact by supporting their human resources department with various exciting initiatives. As an HR Coordinator , you'll be at the forefront of driving HR operations, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and more.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in recruitment efforts: post job openings, review resumes and coordinate interviews
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires: conduct orientations and ensure all paperwork is in order
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems
- Offer general administrative support, including managing calendars, answering phones and handling HR-related documentation
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
