Impact Recruitment is seeking a Civil Design Engineer with strong technical abilities and experience in Land Development.

The task assignments will include the following:
- Project Design for Site Development
- Grading and Drainage Plans
- Utility Systems for Water and Sewer
- Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies, preparation of specifications and cost estimates
- Project Management Assistance: Budgeting, Schedules, Client Care, Invoicing
- Design Team collaboration, and support
- Roadway/Streets final design package – Plan, Profile, Cross Sections
- Roadway Design: Streetscape, Green Streets, Bicycle Path Plans
- Federal, State, City and County Standards
- Report Preparation and Conceptual Studies
- preparation of Specifications and Quantity Takeoffs/Cost Estimates
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Professional Engineer License in Wisconsin.
- 4-8 years of experience in related site/civil land development engineering projects.
- Projects experience ranging from retail, commercial, residential, industrial and municipal.
- Possess local experience with private developments performing site due diligence, preparing land use permit applications, understanding of zoning laws and presenting to municipal agencies
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Must demonstrate a desire to learn;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment;
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite applications;
