Responsibilities:
- Build close partnerships with Line of Business Executives to understand imperatives, gain insights into critical talent drivers for the organization, and influence them to support the talent development agenda.
- Develop and drive effective and innovative learning and development strategies for the Line of Business, that align with imperatives and accelerate talent development.
- Manage and lead a talented and engaged team of learning associates who consult, manage, design, develop, and deliver training development solutions.
- Deliver programs in support of needs like new hire, job‐specific skills (technical skills, soft skills, systems, process, policy & procedure, regulatory), continued education and development, key initiatives, change management.
- Leverage multiple channels and tools in support of broad array of learners, such as digital learning (videos, eLearning, online tools), virtual instructor‐led training, instructor‐led training, job aids, gamification, simulations, assessments, coaching and mentoring.
- Collaborate with HR partners (Associate Relations, Compensation, Consulting, Recruiting) and cross‐functional business teams to deliver on key strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of learning and development programs and foster culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as voice of the customer and associate to deliver critical learning and development agendas.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or military experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in client facing consulting.
- At least 7 years of experience in people management.
- At least 4 years of experience in learning or at least 4 years of experience in development.
- At least 4 years of experience in project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Business or Masters Degree in Human Resources or Masters Degree in Industrial/Labor Relations or Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology or Masters Degree in Communications.
- Professional Human Resources certification, or Senior Professional Human Resources certification, or coaching certification.
- At least 8 years of experience in client facing consulting.
- At least 10 years of experience in people management.
- At least 10 years of experience in learning or 10 years of experience in development.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial services or 10 years of experience in a digital organization.
