Responsibilities: • Analyze blueprints, proposals, specifications, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole • Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clients • Visit construction sites to obtain necessary client requirement information • Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs • Calculate construction materials, product costs, labor, and time to estimate overall cost for construction projects Qualifications: • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software • Knowledge of data and risk analysis, research methodology, accounting, and estimation metrics is critical • Stellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucial Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
