Job Function

1. Manage all job postings for new job orders, coordinating efforts with the marketing team.
2. Handle all resume submissions to clients or client portal systems.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews directly with client accounts.
4. Navigate client interview feedback and the offer process for all deals.
5. Recruit for your own accounts and support the recruitment process for your team's accounts.
6. Oversee the onboarding of all temporary hires, working with the Credentialing team to ensure compliance requirements are met.
7. Conduct and oversee quality checks and performance evaluations with clients for placed candidates.
8. Assist the sales team in navigating incoming orders and prioritizing new requisitions.
9. Build relationships with hiring managers and generate new business from existing accounts.

Job Requirements

1. 1+ year experience in agency recruitment and/or account management is required.
2. Previous experience and proficiency with CRM/ATS systems.
3. Comfortable conducting quality checks and navigating conflicts.
4. All applicants must reside within a commutable distance of our office location, as the role requires regular onsite presence.
