We are looking for energetic product managers to join our TikTok Seller Commerce team. This team is focused on creating the end-to-end experience for Merchants who wish to join the platform, including Seller Onboarding, Catalog Management, Logistics, etc. The Seller Commerce team is also working on providing efficient solutions to improve the overall quality of life for Merchants on the platform.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join TikTok as a Product Manager who will be responsible for Campaigns across the globe. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of business goals, effective cross-function coordination, and raising our bar for Campaign management and execution.

As a Product Manager, you will be closely working with our account management, marketing, and operation teams across the globe to ensure the successful end-to-end execution of new and existing campaigns. This includes working on major campaign events like Black Friday, Holiday sales, and other regular campaigns. You are also responsible for driving our automation and technology together with our developer teams and deals managers across countries, making processes more efficient and simple.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead product roadmap for platform campaigns (like Black Friday Sales), effectively prioritize business and product opportunities from a wide range of inputs, and ensure alignment with all stakeholders.
  2. Design suitable campaign events from user-end and business perspectives and lead projects to identify improvement levers (e.g. traffic, pricing, selection, etc.)
  3. Improve existing processes and initiate new tools/processes to drive automation for our campaigns and offerings. Ongoing campaign selection quality checks and identification of optimization potential for our customers across teams.
  4. Conduct ongoing performance analysis of current and past campaigns, driving action plans and executing these at the senior management level.
  5. Support the end-to-end execution of platform campaigns, working closely with different stakeholders to pre-empt and resolve issues.
  6. Advocate for quality engineering solutions and architectural designs, and strike a healthy balance between system scalability and localization.
  7. Work with leaders in other geographies to ensure we scale winning US strategies, products, features, benefits, and partnerships around the world.

Qualifications:
  1. BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  2. 5+ years of product management in either e-commerce, or internet advertising and other PLG companies.
  3. Strong stakeholder and project management skills, able to prioritize and make decisions after considering short/long term business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience working on Campaign tools and/or working on major campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Holiday sales).
  2. Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  3. Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.
  4. Previous experience working with sellers and brands; strong interest in retail is a plus.
  5. Familiarity with social commerce and/or live shopping.

Job Information:

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135850 - $337400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
