Job Overview:
As an Account Executive at Omnisend, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with ecommerce brands, identifying their unique needs and showcasing how Omnisend's platform can help them achieve their marketing goals. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape. This role will manage an inbound pipeline, however you will differentiate yourself by succeeding with an outbound pipeline. We are an outcomes oriented team and your success will be measured on outcomes not outputs.
Key Responsibilities:

    • Be a self-motivated and driven team player who drives positive results in any situation;
    • Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads;
    • Build relationships with ecommerce brands, understanding their marketing strategies, pain points, and goals;
    • Deliver compelling product demos that showcase Omnisend's value to prospective customers;
    • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented approach;
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Teams, etc) to optimize sales strategies and improve client onboarding;
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets;
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ecommerce marketing technologies;
    • Accurately forecast and report sales activity in Hubspot and other assigned tools we use as a team;
    • Occasional travel to meet with customers and teams in person will be required to be successful.
Requirements:
    • 1-5 years of proven success in a similar Account Executive or tech sales role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets;
    • Experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the ecommerce or marketing automation space;
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation;
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively;
    • Relationship-Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers and internal teams;
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment;
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with changing priorities;
