Summary:
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and qualify leads to help us expand our customer base in the tattoo industry. You will play a critical role in our sales process, working closely with both sales and marketing teams to refine our strategies. Top performers will have the opportunity to advance into full-cycle sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and pain points.
- Schedule and facilitate product demos with potential customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings set.
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with POS systems or SaaS solutions.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for start-ups.
- Proven ability to cold call, qualify leads, and build rapport with potential customers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to take control of conversations.
