Title: Director of Nursing

1. Leadership: Oversee the nursing management team and ensure alignment with the organization's philosophy of care.
2. Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
3. Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on nursing operations and patient care outcomes.
4. Team Support: Work closely with a highly engaged nursing staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

1. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
2. Licensure: Current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state.
3. Experience: Prior experience in Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Health settings.

1. Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience in an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric health setting.
