Controller

A renowned non-profit institution in the heart of Boston is hiring for a Controller. Working closely with the Vice President of Finance, this hire will manage all aspects of the accounting life cycle for the institution, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, along with supervising Accounts Payable. This role is hybrid 2 days a week in the office and offers a path for career progression, with opportunities for increased responsibilities and advancement to higher-level roles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of work experience in an Accounting or Finance role
• Management or proven leadership experience
• ERP experience (NetSuite is a bonus)
• Experience working in higher education or non-profits is highly desirable
