Restaurant General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for the customer and team member experience while supporting operational excellence in his/her restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant as if it were your very own. This means with integrity, honesty and promoting a culture with full vision, and mission.
- Make schedules and ensure the restaurant is staffed and set up for business.
- Lead by example, enforce company standards, and invest in employees through coaching and training.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure opening/mid-day/closing daily check lists are completed.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while always looking for ways to improve and promote quality.
- Take a leadership role with preparation of monthly financial results, and annual budgets for the restaurant.
- Build relationships with vendors, upper leadership, and members of your restaurant team.
- Monitor and adhere to control systems while reinforcing safety awareness in the store.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous Restaurant General Manager experience
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen attentively to guests and team members.
- Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
- Strong customer service, quality focus, leadership ability and decision-making skills.

Pay: Up to $68,000.00 per year
