Salary: $66,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Lead, train, and supervise front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism.
  • Manage guest relations, promptly addressing concerns, inquiries, and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage front office financials, including daily reports, room revenue, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Implement strategies to optimize guest satisfaction, boost occupancy, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing staff training and development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a front office management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with front office systems, reservations software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues with grace and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus, but not required.
