Job Description

Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:

1. Track and report on team velocity and progress
2. Create and maintain process documentation
3. Ensure development teams adhere to Agile practices
4. Assist with internal and external communication and transparency
5. Participate in team standards, tools, and best practices development
6. Facilitate discussion and conflict-resolution
7. Empower team to self-organize

Requirements of the Scrum Master:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; CSM required
2. At least 5 years of project management experience
3. At least 5 years of Scrum Master experience
4. Excellent interpersonal skills across diverse audiences
5. Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
6. Excellent understanding of Agile SDLC practices
7. Exceptional communication and time management skills
8. Ability to coach team to their highest potential
9. Collaborative approach to decision-making
10. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
