Key Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes and candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate the new hire process, including conducting new hire orientations, setting up new employees for success and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Be a great HR resource for employees to navigate Ethos policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, designed to set Ethos apart as a great employee. You’ll support our employee surveys, reward and recognition programs, and special events.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HR information system.
- Run the weekly payroll and benefits administration processes.
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, including tracking progress, creating reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with compliance activities, including ensuring the organization's compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, answering employee inquiries and concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Support company-wide performance management process, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.

- Work ethics: you are able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Time management and organization: you can organize your time to meet deadlines, shuffle priorities when needed and communicate well when things might go off track

- Problem-solving: you can find and fix problems independently and as part of a team.
- Technical aptitude: you are proficient in HR information systems, Applicant tracking systems, Timekeeping and Microsoft Office, and can learn new software when needed
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations: you understand employment laws and regulations and how to comply.
- Customer service: you provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers and enjoy resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
- Language: Bilingual required - Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Ability to commute: Reliably commute to Golden, CO (Required)
