Some of your responsibilities will include:Ensuring individual qualifications and training needs are obtained as required by licensing and organizational policies over multiple programs.Scheduling UCP provided trainings working with trainers to identify schedules that provide the highest level of attendance and convenience to working staff.Maintaining employee records, running background checks, and managing performance evaluations.Participating in new hire onboarding and recruitment efforts.
