MEMCO is in search of a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in order fulfillment, packaging, stocking, loading, unloading, and maintaining the overall organization and safety of our warehouse. We're seeking a dependable, punctual, reliable, and motivated individual who shares our passion for making things happen.Key Responsibilities:Receive, verify, and stock a variety of products used in the electrical industry.Review incoming orders, retrieve requested items from shelves, ensure accuracy, and prepare them for transport.Provide assistance with loading and unloading tasks as required.Keep databases updated in a timely manner and deliver precise inventory counts when needed.Adhere to established processes and procedures as directed by your Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.Contribute to maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment.Follow safety guidelines and protocols diligently.Offer exceptional customer service to our internal and external partners, including customers, logistics professionals, vendors, and fellow employees.Maintain proactive communication with management to address any issues or concerns.Requirements:Proficiency in operating various types of material handling equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, when necessary.Strong reading and communication skills.Ability to lift and handle a minimum of 40 lbs.Capability to stand for extended periods in an environment with limited climate control.Location: Pharr, TXIf you are a motivated individual who can meet these requirements and are excited to be a part of our team, we encourage you to apply for the Warehouse Associate position at MEMCO.
