The Senior Product Manager will serve as an individual contributor with ownership over a large product area, specifically within Web Experimentation. This role requires a deep understanding of features and technology within the Experimentation product, enabling a strategic and analytical approach to product development. As a recognized expert across multiple product areas, this individual will be sought out for their expertise and insights.

Job Responsibilities

Influence Strategy & Roadmap

  • Ruthlessly prioritizes with company objectives in mind, even if it means killing projects or trading team members to another squad.

  • Delivered work has a measurable positive impact on company and ADEPT performance; regularly reports on all products managed and leads others to do the same.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Typically 5+ years of product experience or equivalent skills
  • Market Awareness : Becoming a domain (product area) expert. Tracks trends but is also aware of specific competitor positioning.
  • PM Expertise : Excels at the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Product Management.
  • Business Expertise : Has keen business acumen and a strong understanding of the fundamentals of product success.
  • Cross-Functional : Work begins to scale beyond their core area of responsibility; regularly works cross-functionally to support the end-to-end Product Development process and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Metrics/Data : Identifies and tracks the right metrics. Responsible for creating dashboards and reporting. Uses data to consistently meet or exceed goals.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
