How You Will Make a Difference

As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for an Area Sales Director who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, Called to serve patients in their home. The Area Sales Director is the driving force behind a team of Account Managers and Care Transition Navigators.

As the Area Sales Director, you will:

  1. Recruit, hire, develop and retain a high-performing sales team that can grow to up to 12 team members
  2. Utilize tools and market knowledge to understand market dynamics and identify productive sources of growth
  3. Develop market specific sales strategies in conjunction with your supervisor and work through your team to execute on these strategies
  4. Actively engage with each team member through one-on-one mentoring to help them grow and develop their territory and their professional skills
  5. Collaborate closely with branch leadership to address issues, overcome obstacles, improve service levels and expand growth potential
  6. Nurture a culture of accountability and teamwork
  7. Embrace ownership of sales objectives

Experience to Deliver on our Mission

  • College degree, valid state driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • One year of home health or healthcare sales experience.
  • Knowledge of business and fiscal management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
