Position Overview: Looking for a litigator with to support the team in representing clients in commercial litigation. This role offers a valuable opportunity for a junior lawyer to further develop litigation skills within a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in representing clients in commercial litigation, including government investigations and regulatory actions.
• Draft complaints, answers, motions, and other pleadings.
• Preventative counseling and negotiations
• Distill complex research into clear and persuasive written work product.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Serve as a representative of both the client and the firm in interactions with opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including complaints and motions.
• Experience in strategy development for discovery processes.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality written work product.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
