Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team as the VP Finance, Americas. Reporting directly to the Regional President, this role will drive financial strategy, optimize financial performance, and ensure robust financial controls across the Americas region, which includes key sites in California, Houston, Pittsburgh, and Brazil.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost accounting, managing multi-site operations within a publicly held corporation, and overseeing IT functions for the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic and commercial finance business partner to the Regional President, providing guidance on financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead and manage all finance operations for the Americas region, driving financial strategy to optimize performance across approximately £220M in revenue and 460 employees.
  • Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Manage financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting for the region at both a regional and global level.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and strong internal controls.
  • Oversee the IT function for the region, ensuring systems and processes support business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Critical Competencies for Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a senior finance business partner, with significant years of experience managing multi-site operations within a publicly held corporation.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with sharp commerical acumen - possessing the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

Benefits plans change year over year, but we have guiding principles in place to ensure our employees have the tools and resources available to stay connected and up to date.
Pay range:
$235,000 - $285,000 annually
Within the range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to the job requirements. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to receive a variable incentive pay component. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
