Seasonal Tax Associate - Business Focus

We are seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate with a focus on business tax preparation. This role involves providing expert guidance, tax preparation, and technical explanations to customers using TurboTax Business products. Successful candidates will have strong tax preparation experience and a deep understanding of federal and state tax laws for business and personal tax returns.

• Strong business tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Minimum 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
• Commitment to a minimum schedule of 20 hours per week
• Bookkeeping experience preferred
• Ability to obtain related state licenses and a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Proficiency with technology and customer service skills
• Virtual, customer-facing role using video communications software
• Assist TurboTax Business customers with tax advice, return preparation, and product inquiries
• Create quality customer interactions through empathy and expertise
• Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company metrics
