About the job:
- Administer routine daily medications, both prescription and non-prescription, to patients.
- Collaborate with various nurses to support patient care and medication management.
- Follow written and verbal instructions for medication administration.
- Record medication dosages and times accurately.
- Monitor patients and document any changes in their condition.
- Collect samples for analysis.
- Ensure that equipment is regularly inspected and cleaned.
- Maintain all health and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to patient emergency call signals, bells, or intercoms to assess patient needs.
Qualifications:
- CMA certification (AAMA, AMT, or NCCT)
- CPR certified

CMAs perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, collecting lab specimens, administering injections, and updating medical records.
