Focuses on outcomes aligned to Kaleida Health's culture, leadership and people. Advises and collaborates with operations leadership on a variety of organizational initiatives. Works closely with leaders at all levels and across HR to translate strategic priorities into initiatives that support high quality and safe healthcare, patient experience, employee experience, and financial results. Leads strategies and plans in how we deliver service to leaders and employees every day. Amplifies the voice of the customer as HR provides excellent service through people and structure, processes, and tools/technologies, like manager and employee self-service.
