The Sr Cons Governance role is responsible for leading various projects and deliverables within a cross-functional matrix environment. The role serves as a central point of contact and as a subject matter expert to provide executive support, content development, and quality control for BCBSA Board committee and subcommittee deliverables. The role has the responsibility to work collaboratively with senior management and business owners to address business needs and support completion of well-written, clear, persuasive, and timely deliverables. The role will also serve as a liaison with our Strategy group.
Primary Job Functions
- Serves as a project lead for governance deliverables for his or her assigned Committees and/or Subcommittees, managing content and due dates.
- Builds relationships and works collaboratively and cross-divisionally with business owners to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and consistency of materials.
- Understands and translates complex business needs into clear next steps and deliverables.
- Serves as a dot connector to identify synergies and opportunities across deliverables and business functions.

Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Required: 4 years related business experience
Preferred: BCBS experience
