Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Client Relationship Specialist to join our Revenue Manager team. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at Boston, MA office location.

Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Specialist oversees and nurtures relationships with our smaller clients in the Revenue Manager division. The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, addressing any concerns, and delivering exceptional service to maintain and enhance client relationships. By effectively managing these accounts, the Client Relationship Specialist supports renewal efforts and leverages satisfied clients as references for potential new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with Director of Operations to delineate and execute projects according to assigned priority and the present/future requirements of the team directly involved.
  2. Function as a group leader and ensure that all client tickets are being actioned on by Client Service Analysts; and be a point of contact for escalations.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert for Revenue Manager, aiding in the delivery of innovative and unconventional solutions to both internal and external clients, surpassing expectations with simplicity and effectiveness.
  4. Able to efficiently uncover specific client needs while de-escalating negative client scenarios and impacts.
  5. Effectively communicate with clients about intricate issues and solutions in a professional and positive manner.
  6. Ability to identify and escalate issues using established protocols and contribute to refining internal processes.
  7. Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  8. As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 3 - 5 years in a financial services atmosphere.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field a plus.
  3. Deep understanding of the asset management industry.
  4. Experience in some technologies, such as: SQL, Accounting Systems, APIs, MoveIt, Excel, JIRA, Confluence.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
  6. Focused on teamwork and ability to coach others.
  7. Exceptional leadership qualities.
  8. Highly organized with an eye on continuous improvement.
