( of RoleThe Business Analytics Sr. Professional is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality data to the e-commerce team. Their insights will support in developing category goals/plans to meet North America's 3YP financial goals. They will execute the strategies across multiple functions and build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners. This position requires analytics expertise and is responsible for supplying the e-commerce team the insights required to meet the current and future needs of UA and its customers. This role reports to the Director of Site Merchandising.Your Impact• Collaborate with site merchants and product managers to prioritize, define business requirements, and roll out tool enhancements related to business performance (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion, etc.).• Build a deep knowledge of connections and dependencies across systems to build tools & merchandising reports.• Leverage Adobe Analytics to monitor accuracy /availability of data and coaching other teammates on how to use Adobe• Collaborate with internal business partners including FP&A, product develop, data management, product attribution, inventory management and more to ensure tools and systems service e-comm & merch needs.• Partnering with data analytics teams to standardize and optimize merchandising reports.• Analyze site performance reports to assess risk and opportunity to achieve plan, making recommendations as necessary.• Communicate results to cross-functional counterparts at all levels (from Executive to Director) during weekly, monthly, and seasonal business review meetings• Recap seasonal hindsight learnings and strategically identify opportunities for future seasons.• Coach, mentor and train teammates at various levels across the business on analytics tools & processes to be better data stewards; develop junior teammates.• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by management.Qualifications• Proficient in powerful analytical and data management software (e.g., Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau, R)• Deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs• Experience building reports and delivering reports, preferably in the retail space• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills required• Highly organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful, and can envision and execute innovative solutions in a complex environment• Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to utilize data in the most effective and innovative ways• Must be able to clearly communicate complex ideas, timelines, tasks, and deadlines to business partners• Highly proactive and able to prioritize multiple tasks• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) required• Experience using Jira for documentation• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)• 8+ years of work experience• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plusWorkplace LocationLocation: Fully RemoteRelocationNo relocation providedBase Compensation$81,224.00 - $111,684.10 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
