Build scalable products/solutions which will result in defect reduction leading to customer contacts & returns and enhance the customer experience in Amazon.
- Analyze data and highlight gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions.
- Use SQL and Tableau/QuickSight to generate insights, analyze opportunities, identify patterns and implement proactive solutions.
- Identify root causes for returns, customer contacts & work with WW Subject Matter experts and Tech teams to implement Corrective-Preventive Action and identify opportunities for Automation.
- Excellent Internal/External Stakeholder Management.

Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience.
- Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identify and solve business issues.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field.
- Experience working with AWS Services.
- Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Self-driven with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.
