Your role on the team:

1. Deploys, supports and enhances strategic finance systems.
2. Oversees and directs finance projects to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
3. Monitors and communicates project deliverables and status to stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
4. Collects, understands, and defines business requirements for Americas entities. Communicates business needs to finance project team.
5. Analyses finance systems and processes to identify functionality gaps. Reviews projects to identify issues and resolutions.
6. Acts as a liaison between Functional PMO’s, IT Finance and other global teams to analyze and investigate data, resolve issues and queries related to financial systems and topics in a timely manner.
7. Acts as a Region Data Steward for the planning, control and governance of finance related data for the Americas region.
8. Contributes to finance process re-engineering and process improvement.
9. Trains new employees about Finance Transformation core module, existing and new systems.

What you need: (requirements)

1. Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in finance.
3. Experience in project management.
4. Excellent knowledge of information technology and data manipulation tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
5. Experience in Coupa & SAP – preferably SAP S4/HANA.
