Job Title: Dynamics 365 SCM Senior Consultant

Years of Experience: 12+ years

Skills:

1. MBA (preferably SCM).
2. 12+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically with hands-on experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
3. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and distribution.
4. Proven experience in full-cycle Dynamics 365 SCM implementations (preferably multiple projects), from requirements gathering to go-live and post-go-live support.
5. In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 SCM modules, such as Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing.
6. Experience with related integrations and third-party applications supporting SCM.
7. Ability to analyze and map complex business processes and translate them into Dynamics 365 SCM functionality.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
10. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM solutions for clients, including requirements gathering, process analysis, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and optimize supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, production, sales, and logistics.
3. Provide expert consultation on Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM capabilities, features, and best practices, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
4. Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and Dynamics 365 SCM capabilities, and design solutions to bridge these gaps.
5. Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 SCM modules to meet specific business requirements.
6. Train users and support teams on Dynamics 365 SCM functionality, ensuring successful adoption and use of the system.
7. Collaborate with technical teams to support system integrations, data migration, and any required customizations.
8. Lead or assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.
9. Stay up to date with new releases, features, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the SCM domain.
10. Document functional specifications, processes, and user guides.
