We’re looking for an Account Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Sales team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners.

What you’ll do:

  1. Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key clients and agency partners by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations.
  2. Partner with account executives and creative strategists throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, bringing measurable ROI for our clients.
  3. Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally).
  4. Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities.
  5. Serve as the product expert by educating brands and agencies on Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations.
  6. Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  1. Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem.
  2. Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies).
  3. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights.
  4. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  5. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally).
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience.
  2. 18+ months experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field.
  2. Pre-existing relationships with client decision-makers and brand marketers.
  3. Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews.
  4. A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000 annually.

Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $86,000-$124,000 annually.

Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $77,000-$111,000 annually.

This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program and for equity in the form of RSUs.
