This is an excellent New York opportunity for a NY-licensed intellectual property litigation attorney to join a popular Life Sciences Litigation practice group.
You will develop your practice handling high stakes patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
You will work with and be/become a first chair trial lawyer to help lead major pharmaceutical and chemical patent litigations in bench and jury trials, and arguments on appeal.
The team’s experience spans treatment of cancers, HIV, immunological disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, ophthalmic disorders and pain and experts on litigation on biologics, including biosimilars.
The group is well-versed in post grant review procedures in the Patent Office, particularly inter partes review procedures.
