Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative Federal Account Manager to join our team. You will be part of our federal sales team and be responsible for selling our Rapid Resource Deployment services (Human Capital Acquisition). Razor leverages our deep technology capabilities; along with our past performance to help our clients enhance their capture and execution on both existing and future programs and pursuits
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new partnering opportunities in the government contracting space. You will work closely with our Resource management team to ensure that we are delivering exceptional service to the federal government and our partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Grow federal market portfolio.
  • Identify and develop new teaming partners opportunities as appropriate for specific opportunities after conducting competitive assessments of opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential partner organizations.
  • Develop and maintain an awareness and understanding of Razors core capabilities, solution offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct research to identify potential partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with our team of consultants and recruiters to develop proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Grow existing partners by providing exceptional customer service and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Meet regularly with partners to understand their needs and ensure that our services are meeting their expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and partner interactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management in the IT consulting/ staffing services space, federal experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Experience using a CRM system is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
