VBA/Excel Account Specialist

  • Bachelors degree preferred or relevant work experience


Responsibilities to include:

  • Responsible for reviewing agreements, payee schedules, W-9s, ACH,
  • Review and store all documentation, correspondence and rate information in a designation location as instructed by company policy
  • Responsible for assigning dealer identification numbers
  • Set up dealer information in the administrative systems and review data for accuracy
  • Contact the menu providers to coordinate account implementation
  • Create and distribute dealer enrollment forms to all vendors
  • Audit vendor rate sheets and proof information
