Responsibilities

  1. Reach out to leads and inquiries promptly to support the expansion of our customer base in Westwood, CA, US
  2. Perform thorough market analysis to ensure accurately priced property listings
  3. Engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts to foster new business opportunities
  4. Provide assistance to clients during the final stages of the home-buying process, ensuring a smooth closing experience when necessary
  5. Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively to attract potential buyers swiftly
  6. Effectively convert pre-qualified leads received from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth
  7. Adhere to the team's strategic plan for cohesive operation
  8. Embrace a collaborative approach as a team player within the organization
  9. Actively seek clarity by asking relevant questions
  10. Coordinate and schedule listing appointments efficiently
  11. Follow up diligently with leads to maximize conversion rates
  12. Skillfully close sales transactions with prospective buyers

Qualifications

  1. Must work well in a team environment, valuing team success as their own
  2. Proficient in verbal and written communication, adept at scheduling and finalizing appointments via telephone
  3. Skilled in utilizing real estate CRM systems to maintain secure and organized client information
  4. Capable of performing thorough market research and demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of the real estate sector
  5. Possession of an active real estate license is mandatory
  6. Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory - training will be provided

Compensation

$80,000 - $190,000 yearly
